• Incoming telephone calls are answered promptly (4 rings or less).
• Emails and telephone messages are guaranteed to be returned before the end of day.
• Faxes are reviewed regularly and processed within 24 hours.
• Policy contracts are distributed as soon as possible, within a maximum of two business days.
• All correspondence and commissions are distributed to advisors within a maximum of two business days.
• Properly documented trades received before noon PST will be processed by market close that day. if the trade cannot be be processed,the advisor will be notified by the end of the business day.
